Inosuke Is non-binary and doesn't say it because he said it to Zenitsu but he said that it was gross and that there is only 2 gender so he said that it was a joke. Yes Zenitsu is homophobic because in this au he grew up in a homosexual Household so that's what he knows and will think anything other than that is gross. but he doesn't notice but he's gay himself. Muzan is Bisexual but doesn't notice it.
