Hello guys, girls, non-binary pals! this is a diary of what I eat in a day, some recipes, workout plans, and supporting apps.

This'll be random thing that I've written down/taken a pic of and just wanted to put in. Most of it might be just random little bits of, what some people might call it, "diary entries" but it's really just whatever. Lots of time I write it all down in a notebook, then type it out because it's easier r for me to use a paper and pen/pencil to think things through
