I've struggled with eating disorders my whole life. When I was in fifth grade I developed anorexia. I later developed a binge eating disorder and have never since been able to lose the weight. I've tried to love myself the way I am, but I just can't. I've only felt good when I was skinny. So this is my journey of weightloss, and I will share more on my life and background day to day until I reach my goal. I will also be giving tips on how to HEALTHILY lose weight, despite my disorders. I hope you all can get inspired to want to, or start to feel good about yourselves!

Everybody actually pushed me more in that hole, they added more reasons for me to try to end myself. Several times... Scars on my left hand...can be seen. But the Scars on my heart... No one can see it. I, Aayeerah, I promise myself to get me out of this dark hole. No. Matter. What.

The purpose of this guide is to have a place where I can access all of the information I need while shifting. I am not an experienced shifter and have not yet shifted, but I wanted a guide I could refer back to when needed. Each and every aspect of this guide was researched for weeks before I even began to compile anything. These scars that i have.. given to me or taken by me... they are sinking in.. or.. are they fading away.. Has he figured me out?.. or.. am i getting tangled with him?.. Will he save me?.. or.. become another reason i was left no more?.. Has his eyes understood me?.. or.. they can't , yet?.. This is my story.. which is still going on.. but i would rather write about it... make this chapter of my life into a book that will have an ending.. a perfect ending...
