PROLOGUE: Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark were best friends in middle school,they have a great past and she discovers that she loves him but she doesn't think he does, then one day Peeta totally shuts her out and ignores her. Katniss begins to think Peeta hates her,which really hurts her.. so she starts to hate him back.. but what she doesn't know is that he likes her too and is forced to ignore her and 'hate' her... Will these two ever forgive each other? will she stop loving him? What will happen.. read to find out.. This story takes place after mj but before the epilogue. This story may have a few surprises in it so read to find out! Katniss has only been home a week and she isn't doing good.. she's in depression caused by everything that was bad in her life,especially losing her loved ones,mostly Prim but defiantly the others too. She hasn't ate for awhile nor drank. Ever since she's been home she can't help but to think of Peeta. She loves him. Always has. Always will. She feels like she lost him. Forever. Does she still have a shot? Do they still have a shot to be together again? To move on and live their lives again? Together? Peeta came home the same time Katniss did. He's still confused after everything that has happened but knows more of the truth and blames nothing on Katniss,even though he knows she still blames herself for everything,mostly the Hijacking. Chapter 1 Ppov: I'm walking throughout the hallways of my new school since we're allowed to go outhiugh the school.. Im probably the only one cause i dont see anyone else.. Then I pass the girls bathroom.. I hearing something going on and someone trying to scream.. I look around and don't see anyone so I walk in and see a girl leaned up against the wall with a knife on her neck. The girl sees me and we make eye contact... Her eyes are stunning.. Even though they're gray they're beautiful. Most beautiful I've seen in ages then something ignites in me.. Love Then the other girl starts to dig the knife in her throat.. "If you even say a peep and hiccup or any noise you're gone,got it?.... GOT IT?!" "..y-yes..." She says weakly. "STOP IT!" I yell and the girl drops the knife and turns around and runs. I help the other girl and ask her her name "Katniss Everdeen" she replies.. memories start flooding back to me but I don't tell her and realize I love her.. but should I tell her?
