Not only because of death. But also because of circumstances. Open this if you feel like you need to. Because sometimes, it's okay to ask for help.

Just some thoughts about anxiety and analysis paralysis in the form of poetry. Excerpt from 5-4-3-2-1: A ring echoes in my bones. My bouncing legs - still, then carry me towards the hall. The pitter-patter and my heart beat, rhythmic chest compressions - forcing breath back into me.
