So I decided to write a gay story spoof of my side of the mountain in this book the boy did not leave his home by choice he was forced out for being gay he had heard of his grandfather(the kid from the original book who ran away) living on the side of a mountain he knew where it was so he traveled there with the money he had stolen after sneaking back into his house through his window to gather some supplies for his journey

A story of two humans alone in the world and lost in their lives.

This short story is a modern adaptation of the popular book "My Side of the Mountain". It is written as a series of journal entries, and I write as Sam Gribley about his adventures after he runs away to the mountains. The purpose of the adaptation is to show how technology touches every part of our lives and can be both a help and a hindrance.
