A short story with mafia boss Crystal Leigh (disclaimer about that at the start of the story), Mystal (this is my first anything with a main relationship being het lmfao) and Calum dating an oc who's a cop (also a disclaimer about that). This is supposed to be chill and light hearted, wrote what is now the prologue over a year ago and recently revisited it and added the bulk of the story. Title is from Grace by Bebe Rexha. Enjoy.

Everything is just temporary in this world. People come and go. Whether they're leaving or dying. She believes that nothing is permanent in this world, so she doesn't hold on onto somebody. Michael and Crystal both do the same thing. They steal, sometimes kidnap and if necessary - they kill. Crystal stole Michael's heart, Crystal kidnapped Michael's peace of mind and she killed him.
