Evil Morty (Monty)'s port gun malfunctions and sends him back in time where he comes across a young Rick that's a member of the band, the Flesh Curtains. What Rick doesn't know is that in the future, he's the reason for a sequence of events that happened in Monty's life. During their time together they bond, but after an argument, Monty takes him to an abandoned dimension with a room filled with secret vials of Monty's past.
