When Carmen Sandiego escapes out of jail with some help from the VILE agents as she will plan to go steal some treasures and paintings involving France as well as UK there in Europe, it is now up to the ACME agents (Zack, Ivy, Chase Devinaux and Julia Argent) along with Frank and the Kudo-Verse gang to go rescue the treasures and to stop Carmen Sandiego.
