A Pokémon Mystery Dungeon fanfic. Bandit was just a human boy before he woke up in this strange new world, without any memories of his life as a human to boot. Now he's a Nickit, which means others are suspicious of him because of the reputation Nickit have for thievery in the area. He quickly finds himself in a tough spot upon entering this world, before he is rescued by a Vulpix who very soon starts crushing on him. He finds a home in a nearby village, gets settled in, and starts going to school, but trouble always finds a way of reaching him one way or another. No matter how comfortable he gets, he can't get around all these questions. Who was he before he became a Pokémon? How did he get here? Why can't he remember anything? The answers are bigger than he could have imagined.

The Protagonist and his Partner - both were humans expedition team before they are turned into a Pokémon, are getting involved in the middle of this and were attacked by a Volatile Pokémon - but different kind of Volatile that can actually think. Only for them to be saved by yet another human turned into Pokémon and giving them shelter to hide from these beast outside for a moment. Can these 3 former human Pokémons solved the core problem of this once-a-beautiful landscape of Cognitaris, or will they perish and become Volatile Pokémons' dinner?
