Her relationship with Kacey is over, and Emerald Goldenbraid is heartbroken. Having been offered the opportunity to spend some time with her friends to clear up her mind, Emerald no sooner encounters the young and lonely Starmisstress, Proxima Starfall. Minds being similar in nature, the young individuals see one another as great friends. Yet many others sense a strong bond forming between them. Much to her surprise, Emerald feels ready to begin a rollercoaster ride of emotional discoveries alongside the young mage, many of which will change her heart forever.
