Basically, California is hell and people who died from this forbidden state live in this ring of hell. Wrath is where California is located. All types of Sinners are here, like Cars that hated and killed their owners or people. Cats who disobeyed their Owners and died the next day. But for Summer (me lol) She's the only human sinner in the ring. She is the owner of that ring with other human sinners who own state rings.
