I'm just writing. It's healthy for the mind to write everyday. It doesn't have to be a story with an antagonist and a protagonist with a moral to it that the reader can take and carry with them wherever they go. I just write everything and everyone around me, or how I'm feeling. I describe my surroundings and write down the dialogue exchanged between the people around me. I highly recommend it. It gets rid of that nasty writers block and inspires new ideas. Practice makes perfect.
