I tried writing this before but it didn't go so well, so here it is, the second verse. My very first published and successful Sprousehart story! Hope you like it 💝 Cole and Lili are just two friends on the set of the same show. That's it. Or at least that's what they thought. Between everyone shipping them together and the way they feel-although they don't know exactly what they feel-they start to wonder if there really is more to it. Side Note: I don't know who drew the picture I used for the cover but it definitely wasn't me. That'd be awesome, but it wasn't, and I don't know who it was so I can't give credit to any specific person but it's not my own artwork.

They say high school is the best time of your life, but for Fred, Hermione, FP, Mary and Alice life only seems to really start when they are in their twenties. When Fred's two ex-girlfriends Hermione and Mary start to date, he has to move to another apartment. He decides to live across the hall from them and takes in his best friend FP, who's at rock bottom. He always gets himself in trouble, especially after he was left broken hearted when Alice left him and chose someone else to spend her life with. That is until someone knocks on Hermione and Mary's door in a beautiful white wedding dress and tear stained eyes.

It all leads back to the first day of spring twenty five years ago, when she was forced by her husband to give up her son Charles. Even when all she knows is that her son never made it to his first birthday, it doesn't stop her from seeing him. He comes to Alice in her garden, the only place she still feels safe. However, when Hal finds out she has been repeatedly cheating on him, he destroys the one thing that means the most to her, the one thing that connects her to her son. He kills her garden. And as if faith decided it, her high school lover and real father of Charles stands in her floral shop soon after, when they haven't seen each other since they parted ways at barely eighteen years old. Will she ever be able to explain what her flowers mean and why she ran away from him at eighteen? Or would she lose him for a second time just like she lost Charles?

FP got two children on his own, however his wife and daughter left him and his son. When a guy named Chic pretended to be Alice's son and lived in their house for weeks her family started to get suspicious which they had all right to since he later told them he had lied. Charles Smith is dead and Chic had stolen his identity. But one day Chic is found dead and things that are found in his apartment seems to give more information about Charles. This fanfiction takes place after the season 2 finale so make sure to watch it before reading to avoid spoilers.
