Zara had nothing to lose. Eh- she didn't have much to lose. In all seriousness- she had a whole treasure trove of her ancestor's writings locked away in her attic. That is, until two treasure hunters sought out her help. It turns out that they barely knew anything about her. But the eldest of the two brothers would get to know her more than he expected. Takes place during Uncharted 4; A Thief's End.

Ophelia was doing fine on her own: cushy teaching job at Oxford University, occasional expeditions to archeological digs or consulting with other researchers. That was until her younger brother came calling, and started her on an adventure she never signed up for, let alone setting her on a path to reconcile with a flame that was nearly extinguished.
