Yo-kai watch x Danganronpa 絶望の時計 After the events of the Danganronpa saga and the reception of Shuichi and his friends, the Kibougamine Academy began a project that consisted of recruiting young people to teach them what hope really is (In other universes), and this time, it was Springdale's turn (Yo-kai watch Universe), everything seemed to be going perfectly, that hope would rule forever, But, on a night of misfortune, Ultimate Despair was resurrected.

This is an ongoing series that will occasionally be updated if I'm not lazy enough. Also none of the artwork is mine obviously. Makoto Naegi after gaining new abilities from an escaped genetically modified spider and loses his parents. He now weighs himself in a responsibility of protecting his City from superpowered threats. (For anyone who's trying to read the first chapters I'm incredibly sorry. Not just for the grammar mistakes but the fact that when I started writing I really had no clear vision for like the first three chapters. I was just adding and saying things I thought were cool but it gets better after the fourth one so please keep reading)

Byakuya has only felt love in his life once before, but it didn't last long. After that, he distanced himself away from love, hell, he gagged at the word 'love'. He always thought someone like him could never feel love since his dad was so strict on rules that he barely showed any love towards him. Byakuya gave up on love and slowly became like his dad. The cold person he was on the outside was really a facade as he was gentle and more caring on the inside. He just needed to find the lucky person..... Makoto was a normal, average boy that expected nothing more nor less of himself. He was accepted into Hopes Peak after winning the title 'Ultimate Lucky Student'. When he finds out who his classmates are, he is friendly and cheerful towards everyone. Even Togami. Though he saw that Togami came off as rude, he still spent time with him, got to know him better, even see past the barrier Togami had up. Makoto just knew that....Togami was afraid.... afraid of getting hurt again. (The art is not mine!) (This story is an AU of Danganronpa where there is non-despair au. That means Murkuro and Junko are not bad in this.....Junko is still crazy)

One day, after he finished a mission given to him and the other survivors by the Future Foundation, Byakuya starts feeling ill. Suddenly, he starts coughing violently and looks to see a mixture of blood and flower petals in his hands. He identifies them as Hydrangeas but is baffled by their mysterious color, black fading into green at the petal's tips. They remind him of something Makoto told him a while back...his favorite flower...his favorite colors...crap. He read up on this rare disease after Makoto mentioned it in passing but he never thought it was real. He hopes the meaning behind it will keep him alive. "Can you imagine how beautiful a black and green Hydrangea would be, Byakuya?" 'I certainly can,' he thought as he forced a pained smile at the bloody flower petals that rested in his hands. Will the flower's symbolism be his salvation? Or was it nothing but an empty promise? This is a Hanahaki NaeGami fanfic where Byakuya falls in love with Makoto without even realizing it. Then one day, he starts coughing up bloody flowers that are strikingly similar to something Makoto mentioned in the past. His favorite flower, the Hydrangea, doesn't grow in his favorite colors, so he made a fictional species that does and created a meaning for it. So of course, when Byakuya contracts this mysterious illness, he starts vomiting his love interest's own creation. He believes the sight of it is grotesquely beautiful.
