Shenmuamar
Deep beneath the mighty Chao Phraya River lies Nakhara Naga, the magnificent underwater kingdom ruled by the serpent deities. The Nagas are guardians of rivers, rain, prosperity, and sacred treasures. They possess immense spiritual power and can take human form.
High above the sacred forests surrounding Mount Meru lies Suvarnagaruda, the celestial kingdom of the Garuda. Blessed with golden wings and divine strength, the Garuda are protectors of the heavens and eternal enemies of the Naga.
For thousands of years, both races have lived under an unbreakable law:
"A Naga shall never love a Garuda. Should their hearts unite, heaven and earth shall wage war."
Prince Phaya Nakharin, heir to the Naga Kingdom, was feared as the strongest Naga ever born.
During a royal ceremony between the heavens and earth, he secretly met Princess Suriyawadee, the only daughter of the Garuda King.
Despite centuries of hatred between their races, they slowly fell deeply in love.
Every full moon, they secretly met beside an enchanted lotus lake hidden from both kingdoms.
However...
Princess Suriyawadee had already been promised in marriage to Prince Kraisorn, the future Garuda King.
Their forbidden love was discovered.
The Naga Kingdom demanded war.
The Garuda Kingdom declared the prince an enemy.
Rather than let countless innocent lives die, the lovers chose to separate.
On the night before the final battle, beneath the sacred Bodhi tree, they made one final promise.
"If heaven refuses our love in this life...
Then let us be reborn.
Even if I forget your face...
My soul will remember yours."
The next morning...
Prince Nakharin sacrificed himself to stop the war.
Princess Suriyawadee followed him into death.
Their souls disappeared together.
Present Day
Five hundred years later...
Both souls are reborn.
But fate has one final twist.
Both are born as men.
