It's something that the author wishes somebody would have told her when she was wandering by herself, thinking she was courageous and smart enough.

A sweet and innocent soul got played

Finding my heart and mind through a pen, or often times, tapping away erratic feelings in the notepad on my phone in a whirlwind of thoughts. This poetry and prose is produced by heartache while my healing is conjured by strength and self-discovery. Writing has helped me to release my doubts, fears, downfalls...express my heartache and pain through a widening scope of slowly letting go, the words rolling from the tip of my mind onto paper in some chaotically-organized form.
