All the Pridelanders knew Safi. You couldn't miss her with her extra bangs of hair and distinctive blue eyes, or that she was almost always in the company of King Simba himself or Prince Kion, and sometimes both. Everyone reasoned that, with King Simba and Prince Kion watching over her, Safi would grow up to be a very happy, cheerful, well ~ groomed cub. But they also knew she had a past: a past she never talked about, and, when people did ask her, she flinched, or dodged the questions she was posed. As if she didn't want to talk about it. It was also generally known Safi's "family" in Pride Rock was not her own, but, rather, one she had herself chosen. Only Safi knew her full story, and she was playing things very close to the chest, despite concerned voices often following her wherever she went. She would not tell anyone her secret. At least until the day came when Safi's past was standing in front of her and talking to her.

The Lion King was is a classic Disney movie directed by Rob Minkoff and Roger Allers but was made for small children. When I watch it now I realize how terrible the movie is behind the animated lions. A tragic murder of a young lions father, starvation, songs to distract you from the death you just saw, domestic abuse (Scar hits Sirabi), and to top it off a lion throwing his uncle to a group of hyenas so they could eat him alive. Did I mention how at the beginning all of the animals worship their "prince" who will eat half of them in his lifetime. Do I need to continue??? This book is recommended for 13 and up (It's like a PG13 rated The Lion King) I am not trying to steal the idea of Disney and I give them full credit and I am simply adding to their story (It's like a fanfic) I hope you enjoy, also I probably won't edit this anytime soon! Also when an animal is talking, they are speaking in that animals' language, for example if Nala and Simba are talking, Zazu won't understand since he speaks bird not lion. Timone and Pumba can't speak to each other (I feel your pain that person who just went 'AW!') Enjoy

He was reborn into a lion form and was related to the Royal Family as Simba's brother, but born with blue Mane and blue eyes, and but has a mark on his shoulder from birth, of the lion guard black symbol, but not a true lion guard. Which means he has all the powers just like the lion guard, by having the Strength, Speed, bravery, Keenest of Sight, and most of all the Roar of the elders, and this power was a permanent gift.
