Poetry written in indigenous language of Southern Africa, spoken by the Damara, Nama and Hai||om tribes spread across Namibia, Botswana and South Africa.

This is how it starts

Mirabelle has always had insecurities over her shoulder stopping her from doing what her heart truly desired or what a teenager should do. Her walls are built high and her fear holds her back from truly being herself. However, life has something else in store for her. Senior year... Now Varsity ?!?

Moods

Ndina is the Chief's only daughter and her life is happy and simple until she meets Heita. An andowa. A mythical,sexual being which preys on young innocent girls and kills them after it has taken their purity. However for centuries the andowas have been but a tale until one morning the village wakes up to a young beautiful woman drained of all her blood. Ndina than meets a young man called Heita who is an an andowa. Her curiosity about Heita leads her to fall deeper and deeper in love with this mythical creature, committing the ultimate taboo and fulfilling an ancient prophesy.

'I love you too T-' I paused midsentence when he left a soft lingering kiss upon my lips... ~~~~~~~~~ Basically a story about three sisters orphaned at a very young age (13, 10 & 9) and they each grow into these beautiful young ladies, still battling to get over their parents' tragic death in their own ways, whether through drugs and alcohol or trusting it all in the hands of religion, Katrina, Mina and Helen eventually find their true selves in the end. In the process, hidden truths are revealed, their characters get tested and unexpected turns occur (life itself with no twists)... The paths of two university students cross strangely. They fall in love instantly, although they keep their feelings from each other for a while.
