In yet another case of baby dumping in Namibia, the remains of a newborn baby was discovered in Mondesa, a suburb of Swakopmund. 'A passerby noticed the bloody clothes and body parts of a baby in a gift-wrapped box and alerted the police. The skull of the baby and the left arm were recovered, but the rest of the baby's torso remains missing.
