The only reason, he stopped himself from looking at her dirtily, was because she was his best friend of a good, eventful 10 years. And probably the only female who could and would stick by his side, and manage his repulsing nature. You could say after all these years, while she had been questioning herself, on why they were friends, she had become immune to his lewd remarks and humor, even finding herself shamelessly, amused by some.
