My eyes quickly open back up as I hear my timer going off. I immediately dust off my hands and walk to my oven as the smell of cinnamon and brown sugar waft through the air. I take the pan out of the oven, placing the freshly baked cinnamon rolls on the counter next to the bread I have to start rolling out.
