Another cough echoes through the rusty treehouse of the isolated fairy, (y/n), who lost their king and lover 3,000 years ago. Originally the caretaker of all animals and considered the second ruler in the Fairy Realm, they have been doing nothing but sleeping, mourning, and being isolated, remembering all the everlasting memories. Animals have a natural bond with this animal expert fairy and have been visiting. Chirping, howling, buzzing, please come out. One day, an ill curse has been laid upon them by a demon. Hearing Gloxinia is still alive from the demon, (y/n) had hope once again, but their days are limited in exchange for this hope. (Y/n) sits on their bed with weakness taking over their entire body. Gerheade sits by their side, seeing the hope Gloxinia will come back in (y/n)'s eyes.

"They were a floret- in simpler terms, a lovely flower. It was a favourite in his garden. He'd cherish it, until it started to show its darkened leaves. The gardener tried to fix the problem, but the flower kept on wilting. It kept on dying. But he couldn't accept it. He tried to change its fate. (Y/n), the Ebony Rose, was once known as one of the strongest warriors in the Demon army and she always did everything in her power to protect those she loved and cared for. But the sudden death of her younger brother during the Holy War led her to make a very dangerous deal with the Commandment of Selflessness; one that would cost (Y/n) everything. Once her family's memories of their only daughter were altered, the Ebony Rose was declared dead by the Demon King in order for (Y/n) to begin her new life in the Demon palace. After being betrayed and sealed away by the other four races, the youngest son of the Demon King welcomed the new maid to his home without a thought. And as years passed by peacefully, (Y/n) grew closer to the Demon Prince who slowly opened up to her. But everything has changed now that the seal on the Demon realm has finally been removed and the Ten Commandments have made their way to Britannia. Even though Zeldris promised to come back home victorious, (Y/n) can't help but worry. Over 3,000 years ago, (Y/n) lost everything she loved and valued. But she now has a second chance. Being Merlin's sibling had it's downsides. Everyone expected the most of you and the spotlight always went to your older sibling. It had it's perks, though.
