Well here we go again the 126 have their annual pumpkin carving contest what was supposed to be a fun game turned into an emergency visit to the ER and whole lot of angry screaming.

Dhruv Sanders is an orphan, cynical, sarcastic, reckless, and most of all broken beyond repair ...or so he believes. He has lost 2 of the most precious people he loves and had a bad upbringing leading to a butt load of trauma and an even worse connection to the criminal world. It's a year later since Carlos got his clean bill of health and things are going well that is until the 126 EMT's go to what they original thought was just a harmless sprained ankle turned out to be TK and Carlos's second worst day well let's just hope the couples bond is as strong as before And that they can learn to lean on each other enough that they can handle this roller coaster from hell.
