My NaNoWriMo novel from November 1st 2016-June 8th 2017 ft. My 2019 self's astute critique. ~~ Miryanna Heolstor is a lady of Terinnia, the niece of the king himself. Ever since she was young she's wanted to follow her father's footsteps and become an ambassador to the land of Fasik. But a new threat is building that will put being an ambassador far from her mind. Her friend Andarin is involved in a secret organization called the Erglis that protects the kingdom from people and organizations who would do it harm. Miryanna wants in. Even if those people and organizations are Karayan Batal and the Vanags. A bloodthirsty group and a passionate and powerful man who's goal is to overtake the land of Terinnia and lay it bare to the hostile Empire of Amani's clutches. Miryanna never thought she'd be butting heads with her kingdom's greatest threat, but while Karayan does his utmost to upset the deffences of her and the Erglis, she does everything in her power to keep his hands off the things she loves, finding a formidable antagonist in the process. Can Miryanna find the strength within her to do all she can for her friends and the land of Terinnia? Or will she become another victim in a power play by an overambitious empire? ~~ Fantasy/adventure, a bit of cringe, a lot of not knowing what I'm doing. But all happiness comes at a price, and in exchange for Talay in his life... ******* This was written as a #NaNoWriMo July camp story, decided on a whimp on the 1st of July, because a friend joined. I set the goal to 25,000 words, and told myself I'd write it during my 2 weeks holidays. Turned out 25,000 words weren't enough for the story I wanted to write, so I added 25,000 more: Book 2. I want to write more chapters, but I had decided to keep to this word count, so, so be it. I hope you'll like it! There's a French version of it, too 😘🇲🇫

For all safety and it is not like she was ever going to win her appeal, the odds her to out scale for us to tip them" ------------------------ In this world, when you die you grow wings that reflect how pure you are. The lighter the wings the less you have to fear. You may even come back with an appeal. When Astoria dies her wings are as black as night and her partners are dead set on saving her. Olie is willing to break every law, Kai is prepared to face a figure from his past and Irene is ready to put up with the idiocy the two supply. Even if they do manage to stick together through the arguments and finish before the clock it doesn't answer the questions. Why can't people with black wings return to life? What did Astoria do to get them? Is the curse actually irreversible? Are Olie Kai and Irene ready to say their last goodbyes to her? --------------------------------------- Black wing is a story based on roleplay. As of this, I want to apologize to the following people: Dared, RJ, Kaz and Cinnamon for completely wrecking your characters. It also features teh LGBTQ+ and polyamorous. I stand by in my army.
