An outgoing country boy. A wallflower jock. And a completely off-limits relationship. ** Aspiring artist Kade Turner is the new kid at school, imported into the big city from countryside town Greensboro. With his accent and his dad being the insanely popular coach of the varsity football team, Kade had no hopes of going unnoticed. But, no worries. Although he doesn't blend in easily like the brush strokes on his many canvasses, he had no problems making friends with everyone. Well, everyone except this one guy. For some reason Atticus, the Running Back of the football team and his brand new stepbrother, wants absolutely nothing to do with him. Kade doesn't understand why and is determined to get closer to him for his Dad's sake. But when Kade finally finds out what Atticus' problem is, rather than solving anything it only complicates their 'brothers' status even more.

Aidan's game review YouTube channel and affiliated blog were never going to be the biggest things on the Internet, but if you were a fan of MMORG or RPG gaming, you'd certainly have heard of it. His combination of knowledge of gameplay, the lore and (sort of) the technology behind it were nothing special. But the snark he brought to the table? That had won him a following. Not enough of a following for him to ever quit his job at the customer service desk of a payroll processing firm, but, eh, everybody needs a hobby. And, oh, how these reviews irritated Game Devs. Elana Bancroft in particular. But astute business woman she was, she knew she needed his input for her next project, a revolutionary immersive MMORG, codenamed Wellspring, supervised and chaperoned by an AI developed by her father, the neuroscientist Peter Bancroft. She'd learn a few things. Oh, and definitely teach the guy a few. And daddy's Data Algorithhm Virtual Immersive System (DAVIS) would help her. And while she was at it, her best friend Maribel. Sweet girl, but boy did she need some steel in her spine. Everything was going swimmingly. Until DAVIS decided to get a few ideas of its own.

Whether or not Theodore Aspen (Theo, to his few friends) wanted to get dragged into the conflict between his old home, Terra, and his new one, Earth, that doesn't matter. He thought that by becoming an exchange student to Earth with his lupine best friend, Alaina, he would be able to leave his past as an orphan behind and find a new family. The second part happened. The first didn't, and now he's going to find himself on the front lines of the war that he wanted to flee, and it's all due to a few mistakes that he made (mostly, not realizing that his principal on Earth wasn't quite human; no, Mister Marlboro likes Camels, hates Terrans, and oh, wants them all dead. He's going to try all he can to make sure that that happens, and it's Theo and co's job to make sure that it doesn't.) They'll have to stay alive first, but so far so good, thankfully. Sixteen year old Tinsley Mathis seemingly has a good high schooler's life. She's dating Manuel Rivera, who is one of the hottest guys at school, has three best friends, and has a good relationship with her mom. But on the last day of school, her and Manuel go to a party, and she catches him flirting with a girl, which is a continuous problem with him. After the party, she confronts him, and breaks up with him. Although she was sad, her friends were there to cheer her up. When one of her friend's invites the group to join her and her mom to go on a summer vacation to Greece, they decide to go. In Greece, Tinsley meets another guy on vacation named Caleb Reed. They hang out, talk, and kiss, just like how any other summer fling goes. When she gets back from vacation, Manuel apologizes and begs for her back, claiming he was very drunk, so she takes him back. On her first day of junior year, she was having a typical normal day, until she coincidentally sees Caleb at school. Manuel has no clue what happened in Greece, and she definitely doesn't want him to find out, even though they were broken up at the time. Will she be able to keep that a secret? Will she continue to date Manuel or will she catch feelings for Caleb?
