Napoleon Bonaparte was consumed by the love that he felt for his companion, Alexander I Pavlovich. He truly did adore him, more than any man or woman that he had shown romantic interest in. But, the golden haired Tsar was oblivious towards Napoleons feelings. No matter how many clues he dropped-- Alexander still did not understand. Napoleon had decided that he was going to tell Alexander that he loved him. Once he heard Alexander's reply, he was bewildered. [Technically a slowburn, also Alexander being very oblivious and Napoleon being very flirty for plot reasons, and also some very sweet fluff after they get together.]
