***JUDGES PICK OF VERSIFICATION 2023 *** "you push and I pull. skin to skin. scars blend and bleed. attached til we die. will I finally escape before it's time? reflecting what's inside. stars will have to align. until then, it's you and I." Here's my entries for verification! Let's see how this goes. I don't know if the title or the summary poem will go alongside the poems. But yeah, it wouldn't be me if didn't though.

First, this poetic short story was written for Versification Wattpad Poetry's month-long poetry writing challenge in support of the National Poetry Writing Month NaPoWriMo. It is a series of thirty acrostic poems that will address the current ecological crisis, hence the title ECO.
