Napowrimo Stories

This is a collection of 26 acrostic poems that is an accompaniment to the WIP I'm working on, Can You Spell Werewolf. Poems will be posted daily for the month of April, apart from Sundays and Mondays. A different edition of these poems with daily updates on the WIP can be found on my website. 04/10 UPDATE: Poems will be posted after I finish the first draft of my novel.

First, this poetic short story was written for Versification Wattpad Poetry's month-long poetry writing challenge in support of the National Poetry Writing Month NaPoWriMo. It is a series of thirty acrostic poems that will address the current ecological crisis, hence the title ECO.

Have you ever had this epiphany of immense satisfaction or peace, while doing the most mundane thing in life? Like watching a sunset, or sharing a cup of tea with your loved ones. A comforting hug from your sibling or a shared laugh with your best friend. Spending a train ride with a stranger or receiving a smile from a passer-by. Just simply soaking in the happiness in the stuff we often overlook. This is that epiphany. Of finding joy in the little things.

This is a very original NaPoWriMo. It contains poems that mean a lot to me, as well as ones that bring tears to my eyes, or a smile to my lips. I love poetry, and I hope you love reading them as much as I loved writing them!
