Minato not being able to hold his liquor starts rambling about his failing marriage with Kushina about how he doesn't want to lead her on but is scared to divorce her. Tsunade also being drunk gives him terrible advice and between a lot of yelling and moving and stumbling over Jiraiya Tsunade and Minato end up having an affair.
