For this reason, all the hidden villages of the great nations, including the Hidden Leaf, have decided to put together a task force that would carry out missions to prevent the destruction of the village no matter the cost. These ninja are more skilled than the Anbu, even rivaling the power of the Hokages themselves, which is why they've been put into a task force of their own. Task Force Foxglove, named after the beautiful poisonous flower that will kill by going straight for the heart. Each clan of the village had a member of their clan specifically picked out by the Hokage to fight in an arena, to determine, out of the twelve competitors, who the strongest six are. And those six will form this deadly task force.
