What will Naru do if Mai's apartment suddenly becomes unlivable?

They were ready to leave. The van was ready, the bags were packed. They had stopped at the lake one last time before finally going, but something was missing. Noll decided to disappear in the endless forest, completely alone, with no phone or any way of contact. The first one finding him, sees something she never wanted to see. She wanted to see him smile -and she did, one time- but she couldn't ask for it that moment. She didn't smile... why would he? They talked and she could understand. Truth to be said: she never had a clue. It was cruel to ask him to smile, when she herself was crying. "You must never forget your past, not even try, no matter how painful it is. It was the pain you lived that made you the way you are now." Alright! I was dying from boredom so I decided to write this. Obviously Naru-centric, who else would it be. And what happens when her visits to the astral plane become more frequent? And her Supposed 'Family' is looking for her, more specifically a certain narcissistic boss. But what happens to Mai when Nami dies? Will Yato and Yukine take care of her? Will they help keep her from the ones who broke and abandoned her? Also when it's so close to Mai's mom's death date, what happens when she starts getting depressed on the job and Naru notices? Mai also finds someone she'd like to keep in her past on the case and it brings up some harsh memories, and weird spirits.

For those many months, Mai is struggling to move on from that dreadful and horrific case her and her friends were put on. Many times she had woken up, crying and in fear because the things she witnessed are forever haunting her. Graduating from school with decent grades, she is unsure on what she should do now... What will the future hold for Mai? How will this story end? She hopes to go back onto cases and and study deeper into the world of spirits with her lover.

AU. Naru ends up getting sent to a Japanese high school for an unknown reason and meets Mai who is beginning to develop her psychic abilities. Together they investigate the mysteries of the school together and end up getting closer in the process.

It was just like any other ordinary afternoon. I was walking home so I could take a shower and get ready for work. I was supposed to be there at 4:00. As I was walking to my apartment, I noticed a all black van, black tinted windows following me. Each time I would stop the van would stop, each time I ran, the car sped up. I started running for my life, until I ran into a very old man. "I'm sorry!" I said as I tried to get off him until he put in an arm around me and said "Your a pretty one ain't ch'a." He picked me up bridal style and covered my mouth. I started to move around until I fell. I started running for dear life. I saw SPR up ahead. I ran up the stairs and came bursting through the door. I saw Monk and Ayako was there. Before I shut the door I felt a hand on my wrist. I screamed. That caught Ayako and Monks attention. They came running after me. But it was too late. I was was already in the van.

Naru has returned after being gone for years. What will happen if he comes and see's Mai? Will an old nudge in his heart return or will Naru break Mai's heart again? Read to find out!

A Ghost Hunt fanfic where Naru is a werewolf and next in line alpha of the red soul pack, the toughest pack in UK and Mai, just fresh out of college, was offered a job in London to help a paranormal researchers in stopping a current haunting in an abandoned building. Ghost hunt is not my book. It was written by the great Fuyumi Ono and because I was inspired by it, I had to make a fanfic of my own. That is truly my reason and not because I was disappointed of Ghost Hunt not having a continuation... Truly a sad news😢😢
