Prologue Lily Johnson a 28 year old bartender working at Jimmy buffets is one of the nicest people you could meet though she is really shy. She is an expiring singer in the making though she is repeatedly put down by her boyfriend who recently started using her to take out his anger. She has told no one not even her best friend and is to scared to end the relationship. On one fateful night her drunken boyfriend having had a tough day turns and strikes her in the head after an argument. Fearing he had killed her he flees the scene only for a incredibly sweet goalie to find his unconscious girlfriend lying cold on the ground. A uncertain relationship begins between the two. Will they find love or will her dream to be a singer take her away?
