After the events of Hawkeye 1x06. The night before Yelena was standing in the middle of the ice rink, getting herself ready to finally get justice for her sister. The next day she was celebrating Christmas Day at Barton's house, watching how a little kid came running to them wearing her first vest.

They were lucky enough to get a date soon after they got back, and they talk together to decide who would be the parent, or parents. Tony asks, "Is anyone interested in adopting her," there is a pause before Nat says, "I will she seems to have taken to me when she had adjusted." Everyone agreed, and then they go to bed as the next day was the court day. The next morning, Faith is woken up by Nat, who gets her ready for the day, and carries her to the car.
