Victoria and Charlie Bartlett; troublemakers with bad reputations, or, so to speak. It's always been JUST Victoria. Charlie takes the blame for her when he knows it will be different because she's a woman. Their mom makes them move schools, and because of their bad reputation they cannot go to a private school. Victoria thinks the principal is going to be an old white guy again, but when she falls in love with her principal, he may have just made getting in trouble 10x more fun.
