Studying at the Royal Academy sucks, you see the use of magic everywhere in this country, named the Kingdom of De Matta. While magic indeed helps people's lives, as a Royal Academy student, you are prohibited from conducting any form of magic that will alleviate your intelligence or absorb and memorize the reading materials better. They consider it as 'academic cheating'. Everyone has to diligently study and practice conventionally. That is... until you are involved in another kind of magic, the magic of transmigration.
Honnes Lewitt is a lower-ranking noble of the House of Lewitt in the Kingdom of De Matta (yes, a fictional country). He always faces trouble in memorizing stuff, especially if it's about the 2 thousand years history of the Kingdom of De Matta, from a dictatorship to a republic to a constitutional monarchy, Honnes needs to juggle these complicated concepts and he dreads the Introduction to the History of De Matta next week on Twala (second day of the week).
"A solution to such dreading is to experience it yourself, Mr. Lewitt!" says Hanrier, Honnes' junior who specializes in 'Ancient Magic'.
And now, not only Honnes but also students of the Royal Academy are stuck in a library amid an impending war in the 679th Year of Our Exploration (YOE), more than 2 thousand years ago ago.
