The hunters kept bestiaries. In Beacon Hills, we keep a Codex. Written in fragments, family memory, and ink that does not always agree with itself. A supplemental worldbuilding document for my Teen Wolf AU fic, "The Littlest Argent." Written in-universe as the Hale family's Codex, re-written using Deaton's copy after the fire, annotated in the margins by surviving members. This Codex is meant to feel like something you're not supposed to have, half historical, half haunted. You are holding it now anyway.

"Closed in a room, my imagination becomes the universe, and the rest of the world is missing out." -Criss Jami "I never have found the perfect quote. At best I have been able to find a string of quotations which merely circle the ineffable idea I seek to express." - Caldwell O'Keefe "Where's your will to be weird?" -Jim Morrison Basically, I thought I'd share my quote stash with you readers! They have cheered me up throughout my life when I was down and depressed after finding out I had a deadly health issue, along with giving me hope during my many, many surgeries. Some of the other quotes/sayings gave me the courage to go through the hardest times when I was almost certain that I couldn't. I'll be posting quotes/sayings from (and giving them all credit, of course)- Fandoms Artists of all kinds painters, singers...etc Movies Books (Possibly) Songs And more! Note 📝: I know this says It's "In Progress", And it is. It may never end! Doesn't mean I'm not updating. I'm constantly finding quotes and piling them up for the future to post on here. Important Notice: If your favorite quote isn't in a chapter, feel free to let me know through a PM or a Comment and I'll add it in that specific chapter, also let me know if you'd like me to add your name below it... Example: "The important thing is to never stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing." (Suggested by @Element-Of-Dreams) I hope you'll enjoy them! -New (awesome cover) by SmilingActress101 ☺️- All credit goes to the maker of the Quote or Saying!

Jane Mannering can shoot a rifle and handle a knife as well as any Englishman. However, she is no match for the red-painted warriors who ambush her section of a Colonial caravan the moment she and her comrades reach the shores of Virginia. Jane plots their escape during a forced march inland, leaving a trail of maltese crosses carved on the trees - their pre-agreed upon signal of distress. All the while, she fumes over what interest their captors could possibly have in a twenty-three-year-old spinster and a rugged band of brick masons, sawyers, and farmers. When the ruthless Chief Wanchese intercepts them at the crossroads of the Great Trading Path, Jane is shaken to discover their greatest enemy plans to keep her for himself. It's a pity he's the only man on two continents who's ever stirred her heart. Alas, she has an entire colony to save, and capturing his attentions is not part of their escape plan. "It's okay," he whispers. "It's okay. I'm right here. I'm not going anywhere." Gathering up more air to breathe, I sniffle, "Promise?" He confidently nods against my chest. "I promise." And in this brief moment, as I squeeze my eyes shut and savor the tender, light-hearted sensation of holding this boy between my arms, I realize that all I want to do right now is stay this close to him. Forever. For the rest of my life. For however long the universe decides to give us. And that's what scares me. *HEADS UP: this book goes through monthly editing if I need to add or remove dialogue and scenes to make story flow better*

This lil book is going to be a sort of virtual diary. For years I've always had some of the strangest dreams I've ever personally heard of, and I figured I could find more answers to them by sharing them with others to see if anyone recognizes anything. Disclaimer: I am a sort of spiritual person, though I don't hold to any kind of religious belief, but am open to anyone that thinks it may curve to their religion or beliefs especially with Buddhism, Native Americans and even a little bit of Egyptian I suppose? As a few of my dreams that are being told here does mention that, and are really interesting. Please do not come on here however to tell me that Im just overthinking/overreacting these experiences. Im one who believes that dreams can have serious messages and meanings and this is only for the people that truly believe it too and are willing to hear these out. If you've come here to hate or be negative, then feel free to leave. These dreams are dated in order from the earliest one I remember having to the most recent one I've had, approximate times of when I wrote these dreams down are also noted! Feel free to ask any questions! Some Background info on me in case it helps anyone: -My birthday is August 26th, originally it was supposed to be November 3rd but I was a premie baby -I have had an active mind since I was little, by this I mean Ive had experiences and dreams that were caused by having an increased awareness of other energies or planes of existence (if thats how you believe it) and had even predicted my eldest sisters' death when I was around 5-6 (I'll be 16 here in August, 2023), and at around ages 8-9 (almost 10) I had frequent nightmares of this angry woman from a certain house we were living in at the time, she tormented my dreams, and would scream at me to "Get out of her house", After we moved, I never had a dream like those again, but have plenty of paranormal experiences to share!

Two bloodlines. One path. A legend awakened. Seventeen-year-old Henry has always lived between worlds- between the misty forests of Lake Crescent and the coastal cliffs of La Push, between the history of his Hoh ancestry and the mystery of his Quileute bloodline. When his mother moves them back to the Quileute reservation, Henry finds himself drawn into a world he never imagined: ancient legends, shape shifters, and a secret war stirring in the shadows. As tensions rise between the wolf pack and a growing vampire threat, Henry begins to uncover his own hidden legacy. But he's not like the others- his connection to the spirit of the wolf runs deeper, stranger, tied to both sides of his heritage. With the help of his cousin Embry Call, the steady presence of Jacob Black, and the guidance of the tribe's elders, Henry must choose who he wants to become. When his journey takes him all the way to Alaska, to reconnect with the father who left years ago, Henry discovers the truth about his bloodline- and himself. Torn between duty, identity, and the call of something wild within, Henry learns that the real power isn't just in transformation... It's in belonging. A deeply emotional coming-of-age set in the Twilight universe, this story explores legacy, loyalty, and the bond between family and pack- told through the eyes of a young man who was never meant to be ordinary.

Ariel lives fast and free beneath the desert sky. Twenty-one, she's more at home on her bike than in anyone's idea of a plan. There's a quiet to her wildness, a kind of unbothered charm that leaves people leaning in, trying to figure her out. Home is a blur of quiet dinners, a little sister who watches everything, and a father who means well but stays at arm's length. Life moves, and she keeps pace-until two very different men enter her orbit. One was raised by the land itself, rooted in stories that don't get told out loud. The other brings West Coast calm and a history he's not offering. Both notice her before she says a word. Love doesn't arrive clean. It tangles and burns slow in the background of a world full of noise and silences. Godspeed is a story of modern romance, blurred lines, and the magnetic pull between youth and the lives we try to build around each other.

Refute the historical fabrications that served to help usher in an era of colonization. Dismantle the ideological standpoints held and weaponized by the ones who saw us for the first time and allowed their greed to dictate their actions. We are human beings. And we remember the past. It is time to acknowledge these acts of terrible shame so that the cycles of pain and torment can begin to cease.

Here's a fan draft of Spider-Man 4 I made. Based on the Inheritors saga. Spider-Man: Shadow's Reckoning follows Peter Parker, struggling in the aftermath of No Way Home. Forgotten by the world and carrying the burden of his past, Peter finds an unexpected ally in Selene, Morlun's sister-a fierce warrior torn between her loyalty to family and the humanity she thought she'd lost. As Peter and Selene are thrust into a multiversal conflict, they must confront Morlun, the powerful Inheritor who seeks to destroy the Spider-Totems across the Multiverse. With each battle, Peter and Selene are forced to confront their inner demons, their bond growing as they navigate betrayal, vengeance, and the thin line between heroism and monstrosity. In a final showdown, Selene's desire for revenge threatens to consume her, but Peter shows her a path back to herself. As they fight for the fate of their worlds, both must decide what kind of legacy they want to leave behind. Packed with intense battles, emotional revelations, and the unbreakable spirit of Spider-Man, this is a story about redemption, friendship, and finding hope when all seems lost.
