In the city of Yunuzu, home to the B.F.S.D. (Behemoth Force Suppression Division), chaos erupted as a horde of monstrous Behemoths invaded. Captain Alyn Syfrania, leader of the city's defense, fought valiantly at the front lines, cutting down countless enemies. Yet, no matter how many fell, their numbers seemed endless. As exhaustion set in, Alyn silently prayed for a miracle. Suddenly, the sky darkened, and a massive magic circle appeared. From it, a blazing meteor descended, obliterating the Behemoths in a single, awe-inspiring strike. The invasion ended, and Yunuzu was saved. Whispers spread across the city: a Hero had emerged. But who were they, and why had they come?

Before the infamous Battle for Priestella could occur, the cast of Re:ZERO were indulging themselves in a nice and relaxing day in the city, eating delicious meals and enjoying the wonders that the Watergate City had to offer. However... Natsuki Subaru, a man of many titles-the Newest of Heroes, the Self-Proclaimed Knight, Emilia's Knight, and above all other titles, the Lolimancer-woke up to a strange feeling in a familiar room; his body was not responding the way it should, everything was taller than him, and... The mirror in the room showed a sight that shocked him. He was a child again, and he was in his childhood bedroom. Leaving the room and, for what seemed like forever, seeing his parent again, treating him like he was a child again, which... made sense given his current predicament, Subaru felt disturbed, afraid, and worst of all. Hopeless. His friends, his companions, his little spirit. His beloved Emilia. All gone. For weeks, he thought this was it, all gone away; his memories began getting blurry, his new childish body and mind unable to comprehend all that happened after he was transported to the other world. Was it all just... a dream? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ "Son, I know you've been down these past few weeks, and as your father, I'm ashamed to have my pride and joy in such a state, but I have an announcement for you... You are getting a sibling! She might be adopted, but I hope you can get along!" His father opened the door to the outside of the house; his mother was outside, holding hands with a child no older than him. And once he laid eyes on her, only one thought crossed his mind. 'I know those blonde twirly twin tails...!'

It's been nearly four months since Natsuki Subaru came to Lugnica, four months where he had no contact with his parents. Subaru had lost all hope of seeing his parents again. But was it really impossible?

Primitive they were, perhaps even barbaric. They played lip service to virtue while giving themselves fully to the embrace of decadence. So when their king died these unenlightened people, under command of a dragon, were ready to give their country away to whomever this creature desired. But who has the right to rule? One who knows, or one for whom a strange light shone? TLDR. Subaru starts French revolution in Lagunica, and everybody is fucked.
