At the age of 11 she met Bucky Barnes and they grew close, once HYDRA saw that they were each others weakness, both of them were stripped of their memories and were no longer partners on missions. One day after a mission, Bucky went back to HYDRA to find that Reagan never came back from the mission she was sent on a week prior, he was torn but it didn't last long, cause there's only one person that can pull him out of the mind control, and shes gone. After running for 18 months she was taken by The Red Room, and after they learned she was trained by HYDRA for 8 years, she was trained to be the 'Little Widow'. And one day after a mission she realized the only thing keeping her there was her fear. So she left The Red Room at the age of 13, and was alone in the world by herself for 8 months.
