He gestured to the envelope in a 'go on' fashion, and that seemed to break Eddie out of whatever stupor he was in. With one last confused and concerned look at him Eddie reached down and scooped up the envelope taking out the papers and reading through their contents. "I don't understand." Eddie said after seemingly having read through the papers at least three times. "C'mon Eds," Buck huffed out a mirthless chuckle, "I know that you know what a deployment issue looks like."

These oneshots are loosely connected and cover a time span from pre-series to the finale and beyond that. There's a short summary included at the beginning of each chapter. Mostly fluff and hurt/comfort. Have fun reading!

I can't escape her death grip." Or want to, this is a dream come true. I've been searching for her since I made it back and now that I've found her I realize I was too late. I was too late to keep her safe. She could have been safe with me as well as protected had I found her and been with her we could have been happy. *WARNING* There could be triggers...
