Captain Archer Noxmaris of Atlantis' Wrath hated humans. Everyone knew it. He emerged from the ocean one day with a trident and enough rage to go around. Powerful pirates were slaughtered before they knew what was happening and Atlantis' Wrath rose the surface. Rumours, absurd and truthful, began about the ship and its captain. The merman captain who only allowed merfolk aboard his ship. Jupiter Brook was a nobody. A closeted non-binary person who loved learning medicine. So that's what they did. Even though their small village had hardly enough resources and books to let them learn. Until they decided to come out to their parents, which did not go to plan. They left with everything they could grab within five minutes, running down to the port to find passage to any other island. Only to find the only available ship was Atlantis' Wrath.
