Ever since the suicide of their close friend, Mia, May had never felt the same. Like they'd been broken apart, put together, but lost a few pieces in the process, and their ongoing gender crisis really isn't helping. They hoped, really hoped, that senior year would be different. So far it's not. But maybe, that will change once they meet a certain somebody...
Davey had never liked her mom. Really, it was a shame she had won the custody battle. The bitch just refused to accept that she had a daughter, and not a son like she had thought originally. School was better. She didn't have many friends, but at least there most of the kids gendered her correctly, and didn't even know she was trans (transition goals) but all she really wanted at this point was the support system her mom refused to provide.
It's June, Pride Month, and the school decides to host a Pride History Week, though it seems not many people volunteered. Sher and Davey will have to plan their project essentially alone, but what will happen when they uncover the story of a queer student who was seemingly erased from all records?
