Gibbs and his team are called to what seems to be a murder scene, but one of the hostages that were there survived. Ellie Bluinto (Blue) can't remember why she was taken, or why she survived. She can only remember her name and her job. She is an intelligence officer for MI6. This case will push Gibbs' team to the limits. I don't own NCIS or the characters, just my own. This story will not be case related or show related. Its an idea i had while watching season 13. what if Gibb's team had another agent who worked in the empty desk behind mcgee.

One day, I was on top of a building watching the news on my phone, when I saw that there was a situation happening with a serial killer holding a FBI agent hostage on top of a insurance building. So i did what I needed to do as society's hero. Get rid of the bad people. However, the serial killer had other plans as he pushed the agent off the building so I went to save him with using my various tools to catch him and have both of us land safely to the ground.
