When her foster parents died in a horrible car crash when Maddie was 14 year old. The foster care system found out that Maddie had a sister in Los Angeles. A few months after Maddie's foster parents died. Maddie moved in with Kensi. Maddie didn't know Kensi that much. But Kensi would put her time in from school and work to get to know Her sister. A few years later after Maddie graduated from high school. Maddie decided to go to the academy to become a cop like her sister. After when maddie graduated the academy Maddie got a job offer from ATF. Even though Maddie wanted to be close to her sister. A few months into working with ATF Maddie meant her best friends Anna Kolcheck and Ryan Nelson. Maddie was close with Anna and Ryan. Few days later ATF had to join Cases with NCIS. When Maddie found out that ATF had to join cases with NCIS she was glad about getting to see Kensi and Her husband Marty Deeks. When Maddie started to work a few days with NCIS for the case they were on she meant Grisha Callan who was at Kensi and Deeks wedding. When Callan saw Maddie walk into the building Callan new he was falling for his friend little sister. But he didn't know Maddie was falling for him. After when ATF and NCIS finished the case. Hetty gave Maddie a job offer. Maddie took the job offer wanting to be close to her sister and brother in law but also wanted to get to know the boy she was failing for.
