We all saw that spark between Sonja Percy and Agent Chris LaSalle on the levy and the 'kiss less' goodbye at the NCIS office. There were so many unspoken words. Neither realized how much they needed each other until fate put a distance between them and destiny allowed them to meet once again.

It took 18 months but Chris La Salle was finally able to return to duty after nearly dying after being shot by his brother's killer. King was so proud of him that he had worked so hard to get back into physical shape. Although the Director had serious doubts, he listened to his head shrink Jack Sloan and the Senior Field Agent. For some reason Tammy bore the brunt of his frustration and with that burden warned others just to stay way until he was back on his feet. To his dismay, he had no idea that warning was heeded by his former partner Sonja Percy. Fate finally allowed their reunion. And that is where this story begins.

The men of NCIS New Orleans knew pain. Broken marriages, lost comrades, death of loved ones, Katrina, devastating injuries and painful relationships with parents had touched each of their lives. None of them had suffered from that pain more than Chris LaSalle.

Years ago Chris LaSalle walked away from a woman that he cared deeply for. Reconciled with her years later, he thought he would never recover from her death. But every day his partner, Sonja Percy, showed him a different side of her. Always a kind word or a soft touch, joining him on the fitness circuit at the gym or on boy's night out she slowly found a place in his heart. They were able to repair a rift in their relationship but several months later she disappeared then reappeared only to tell the team that she was leaving. Ignoring the pain in his heart, the day came when he finally had to confront it and the hurt was almost unbearable.

Chris LaSalle was caught in between a rock and a hard place. His team mate Tammy Gregorio was really worried about him and reached out to two people that she knew who loved him - Duane Pride and Sonja Percy. Who knows where this story will end.

Christopher LaSalle and Sonja Percy were fictional characters that found a place in the hearts of their television fans. Many of us regretted that they were never provided with the love story they deserved so I wrote this one for them and am republishing it upon request.

Callen's niece/cousin Catgirl Blackearpower to Ncis London as the new supervisory special agent of Ncis London she can pick out her own teammates but Ncis London are on a team Draven Midnightbloods Annabel Lawson Annabelle Walsh Sophie Griffiths and Copper Blackearpower. But Cat keeps them she brings in Abby Sciuto Andrew Thomson Oliver Totoya and LJ Blackearpower I only own Catgirl Blackearpower, Cooper Blackearpower, LJ Blackearpower, Tigress, and Emma Blackearpower Draven Midnightbloods.

Stevie Wonder and Syreeta Wright wrote a tear jerker love song 'I Never Dreamed You'd Leave in Summer'. The day that Christopher LaSalle heard it, his heart could not tolerate the words. He realized that he had made a major mistake and now he would be alone in the quiet nights, in springtime, in summer and winter as well as autumn.

This is a continuation of the persalle love story, 'My Heart is Singing', of NCIS New Orleans Agents Sonja Percy and Christopher LaSalle. Several of the characters and historic information from NCIS New Orleans are woven into this story for continuity to which CBS owns the rights. CBS does not buy stories from anyone not currently on their writing team which is disappointing because there are some really good stories up here. Our loss and theirs.
