May do AU's or continue Time Traveller Reader because there's a lot I could unpack with that, or I may just write the whole Time Travel book separately since I have established a proper Time Travel system universal to any book I write. Disclaimer, I cannot fully write the driver for the person they are, even with all the interviews and funny goofy things they've done, but I can try my best and try to fit into the plot. This is a story about two Most Wanted racers and two Ultimate Enforcer cops

Smoke-filled Roads follows two brothers trying to navigate life in a world where street racing and car culture is everything. Think of that one guy or girl who's constantly watching car videos and ordering car parts etc maybe even you are like that. This story follows a world where the majority of people especially the youth share this enthusiasm. The events that unfold are heavily inspired by early 2000s Need for Speed games like Mostwanted (2006), Carbon, and the first few Fast and Furious movies ( Where shit was actually about racing and not GTA heists.) In this world, the high-speed energy of the aforementioned games and movies is hiked up times tenfold.

There are roads no human has ever truly seen. They stretch beneath the cities you know, hidden between flickers of neon and the silence after midnight. Roads that do not appear on maps. Roads that remember every turn ever taken, every engine that ever screamed across them, every soul that refused to stop moving. If you listen closely-late enough, when the world forgets to breathe-you might hear them. Not the sound of tires. Not the roar of speed. But something quieter. Something... alive. This is not a story about machines. Not really. Because machines don't feel fear when they lose control. They don't carry the echoes of those they couldn't save.
