I found a small black notebook with directions hidden inside. I followed them with an open mind. I didn't believe the notebook to be anything special until everything went very wrong. Note from the author: I created this short story for a fun competition on Vocal. I was thinking about making a part two, explaining where my character went wrong.

I've died. I know I've died. So why can I barely remember anything from before? And who are these four? They all seem to be important, but they don't know where they came from either. But we all know one thing. We need to find out where we're from. Too bad I know one thing, I'm not going to make it to the end.

Can we really have a success and a beautiful story in the midst of all the negativity? Do you have the strength? Are you one of the defeated? Or are you one of those who fight in the darkness to continue even if you are defeated? My book is the first part of the difficult process I went through. A chapter where you will witness these moods you experience in your own life as a third eye.

There are normal thoughts. These, we may voice to anyone. There are strange thoughts. These, we may voice to a close friend. Both are contained in this collection. They are not the purpose of this story. Finally, there are the thoughts to which we give no name. We claim to not have them. We claim to not know them. We feign disgust at their mention. These reactions are a lie. This story is the truth. Read at your own risk. -_-_-_-_-_-_-_- Not all of these are mine. Those written by others will not be credited, but they are only added with the knowledge and consent of the author. Do NOT submit your writing in the comments; message me privately. Middle class Kids usually have a conventional beginning. And God forbid,if you are the middle child or the youngest(Read Female),you will not be welcomed or entertained in the household. You are always seeking attention, love and warmth;which are anyways scarce. This impinges on your nerves for decades and festers inferiority complex, negativity, body image issues and a delusional idea of the world. Parents must treat all their children the same way and specially girl children shouldn't feel any biasness. So now this Girl gets married into a simple and logical family. The attention seeking quotient has increased ten folds and she constantly requires it for her 'well being';while others mental health gets destroyed. I think she enjoys that. She thinks (and manifests)that everybody should love her, respect her, seek her validation and worship her. Is that a happy ending?????

There is no real purpose of this, I had decided to go and write everyday thoughts and experiences, having a mind filled with Anxiety, Depression, ADD and more. Maybe one or some of them might move someone, maybe there will be no difference, and that's okay. Do with this as you please.
