Words my dumb mind vomits.

I'm just going to express my feelings in a way where the words you'll read will seem simple and sweet but hid a darker meaning behind each word. So I hope some of you can relate with feeling and bare with my stupidity.

This story is about a girl who has been beat and rape by her brother and more recently she finds herself alone. It's a win win situation. She gets a way from her father who neglects her and her plan/ thought of suicide becomes more clear. Everything starts to become worse. Will, her cousin visiting for the while, Lydia, her best friend, Maddie, her other half, are the only ones who haven't gave up. Then, they try to make her have fun. She ends up screwing up big time. She should have stayed at the party. Instead of it being a simple dream, it turns to be true. When her real friends that's she's been pushing away for some time now, figure what's going on, she finds herself in a life she once knew. Now she has a choice. A right choice and a wrong. Either way, she's gotta die. Did she get herself in too deep?

Sam, diminutive of Samson, moved into the neighbourhood when he was just 4 years old. At the time it was saddening because his parents had to migrate over from England due to the Vietnam war and they had left everything there. With very little money they appeared in our town, Asaba, and kept to themselves the whole time. They never chatted or associated to anyone in the hood, and when it came to neighbourhood functions, they always skipped. Everyone felt sorry for them, but it was hard to help when they were so secluded. Besides, everyone else had their own problems, we were living in the most criminal area of the poorest slum of Asaba, there was no level lower than this.

It's a cruel world, don't you think? In a cruel world kindness is certainly an unsafe virtue. This cruel world fails to embrace the beauty of tender souls and then wonders why everyone turns cold? You are entertaining the wrong things with the wrong people because you are struggling with loving yourself. It's okay to take a break, a moment for yourself. It's okay to be selfish if it means discovering your power and happiness. It is not always necessary to keep all the doors open.
