The kind, sweet Hinata was a believer. Her guardian Neji, on the other hand, has always been skeptical. He reveals it to his friends which includes Naruto. Naruto just doesn't care since he has his heart spying on Sakura, for all he knew Sakura was his crush. Or was it? With Hinata's friends' support, she will sure overcome obstacles that are hard to achieve and conquer. In this story, join Hinata and her friends' journey to unlock mysteries of the monster inside her.

This is set around/during the two and a half year time skip - after Hinata asks Neji to train her - about a year into their training. Working tirelessly and relentlessly, Hinata pushes herself to become stronger - all under Neji's watchful eye. The Chunin exams are on the horizon once more, feeling more empowered she's sure she'll pass this time. Neji works her harder in the lead up, but he can't help this uneasiness he feels when he is around Hinata. Is it just the usual, over protective brother-like feelings? Or this time, is it something more? All the while, pressures of the Hyūga are rising. In the back, towards the fence that closes off the garden, there is a shorter flower, though it seems to be several inches wider in diameter than its taller brothers and sisters. Its petals are black, a maroon tint gracing the petals when it is directly under the sunlight.
