However, Oboro loved his baby brother but didn't tell his friends about Izuku beyond a brief mention once. Of course, in the wake of his death, they'd forgotten that little detail. Izuku grew up with stories of his older brother from his mother, while his father decided to support them out of obligation, but no more. Izuku has the same Quirk as Shirakumo-Cloud. Imagine Shouta, Hizashi, and Nemuri's shock at seeing this random applicant using a Quirk that once belonged to their best friend. Midoriya has hair similar to Shirakumo's (untamed and wild).
